We are seeking a highly motivated, versatile individual with demonstrated strengths in food safety, analytics, problem-solving, mentoring, intellectual curiosity, and relationship management to serve as a Food Safety Compliance Analyst.

Associate Franchise Support Manager

AZ - CO (Arizona and Colorado) - Home Office Based

The Associate Franchise Support Manager (AFSM) is responsible for achieving operational excellence in his/her assigned locations by ensuring each franchisee location is executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) proficiently. The AFSM will ensure SOP compliance is well documented with self-assessment audits, operational checklists, and more.

Maintenance Mechanic II 

Santa Fe Springs, CA - Home Office Based

The Maintenance Mechanic II is responsible for facility maintenance, preventative maintenance program, security, repair, and physical operation of the equipment in the facility and performs related duties as required. This position performs skilled craft work under the direction of the Lead Maintenance Mechanic and, depending on the size of facility, may report to the Plant Manager or General Manager. Maintenance Mechanic II installs, maintains, repairs, and inspects mechanical equipment used in specialized food manufacturing

Project Support Specialist

Santa Fe Springs, CA - Home Office Based

The Project Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional technical support to
franchisees and FujiSan field employees by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software-related issues. The Project Support Specialist will act as a critical link between our corporate office and field operations, ensuring timely and effective solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Project Support Specialist is also responsible for providing administrative support to the Vice President of Operations, the franchise field operations team and the franchise administrative team.

Regional Training Manager

CA (Los Angeles/ Orange County) - Home Office Based

The Regional Training Manager (RTM) is responsible for training new franchisees utilizing the
current Fujisan training program and successfully opening new kiosk sites. In addition, RTM will be required to re-train existing franchisees and conduct training classes in the classroom and/or in a specific sushi location as required. If needed, the RTM will be responsible for operating a location should a location become vacant until a replacement franchisee can be found.Using a hands-on approach, the individual must have the ability to communicate the sushi program to local retailer management and clearly define the operating expectations to the franchisee.
