Chicken Teriyaki
Microwave Oven:
									Remove lid. Cover tray with paper towel. Microwave and heat for about 7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Carefully, remove tray from microwave and let stand for 1 minute.								
				Stove Top:
									Add 1 tablespoon of your preferred cooking oil to sauté pan. Pre heat pan with oil on medium to high heat for 1 minute. Remove lid from tray and add ingredients to pan. Sauté for 6 – 7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.								
				Orange Chicken & Honey Sesame Chicken
Microwave Oven:
									Remove lid and sauce cup. Cover tray with paper towel. Microwave and heat for about 6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Carefully, remove tray from microwave and pour desired amount of sauce over entrée. Let stand for 1 minute.								
				Beef and Broccoli
Microwave Oven:
									Remove lid. Cover tray with paper towel. Microwave and heat for about 6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Carefully, remove tray from microwave and let stand for 1 minute.
